Refunds and cancellation

Cancelling

You can cancel any plan by emailing [email protected] with 14 days notice. We finish the work already in progress, and you won't be billed again after your notice period ends.

Everything we have delivered is yours to keep.

Refunds before work starts

If you cancel after paying but before we have started work on that month, we refund that month in full.

Refunds after work starts

Once work on a month has started, that month's payment isn't refundable, because our editors' time is already booked for you. You keep every video delivered.

If we miss a deadline

If we miss a delivery time we promised, tell us. We put your video first, and if we still can't make it right, we credit or refund that video.

Custom work

Custom plans and one-off projects follow the refund terms agreed in writing before the work starts.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
