Who we are

Loften Media is a video editing and content agency based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, working with clients worldwide. Contact: [email protected].

Plans and payment

Our monthly plans are listed on the pricing section. Plans are paid monthly in advance. Work starts within 2 business days of payment.

Custom plans are agreed in writing before work starts.

Delivery and revisions

Shorts are delivered within 48 hours and long videos within 5 business days of receiving your files and brief.

Each video includes 4 revision rounds. Changes outside the original brief, such as new footage or a new concept, count as a new video.

Changing or cancelling

You can change your plan at any time; the new plan applies from your next billing month.

You can cancel with 14 days notice by email. Work already delivered is yours to keep. See the refund and cancellation policy.

Your content

You own the footage you send and the finished videos we deliver once they are paid for.

You confirm you have the rights to the footage, music and material you send us. We use licensed music and assets in our edits.

We may show finished work in our portfolio only with your permission. Work under NDA is never shown.

Confidentiality

We keep your files, plans and results private and only use them to do your work. We are happy to sign an NDA.

Responsibility

We do our best to hit every deadline and to make videos that perform, but we cannot guarantee specific views, followers or sales. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the last month.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we will change the date below and tell active clients by email.
